The Colorado State Treasurer plays a vital roll in managing the finances for the state of Colorado. This includes overseeing the Colorado State Treasury and the Colorado Department of Treasury as well as a pool of investments worth about $6,000,000,000. Walker Stapleton, the current Colorado State Treasurer, is termed out of office at the end of this year.
Join us for an important forum with Republican and Democrat candidates for State Treasurer to discuss the financial health of our state, their plans for improving our state, and ideas to reform PERA and its $32 billion unfunded liability.
