Earl serves as Dean, of the School of Biblical& Theological Studies, at Colorado Christian University’s College of Adult & Graduate Studies (CAGS).Theological education has been his vocational passion since 2002.Hehas taught theology, church history, and other ministry-related content to seminarians at Gateway Seminary (formerly Golden Gate Seminary), 2002-15, as well as to his CAGS students. The last three years of service at Golden Gate, 2012-15, were also spent as the director of the seminary’s campus in the Los Angeles area. Prior to serving in theological education, Earl served as a pastor of three different churches in So. Louisiana. Serving both in local congregations as well as in the seminary classroom helped prepare him to join the CCU family in August 2015.Earl also worked in commercial television for ten years prior to the pastorate. He and his wife Kris have three adult children: a daughter who is a professional musician and two sons who work in politics. Their daughter and one of their sons, along with their respective spouses, are parents of Earl & Kris’s four grandchildren
