LAKEWOOD, Colo. — The Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University has released its State of Colorado Voter’s Guide, offering a comprehensive resource for voters ahead of the November election. The guide, which addresses sanctity of life, parental rights, attempts to redefine marriage, tax policy, and government regulation, is available at https://centennial.ccu.edu/2024-voter-guide.
“In a time when Colorado voters face pivotal decisions, our guide provides a clear, faith-based analysis of the ballot measures,” said Dr. Donald Sweeting, Chancellor of Colorado Christian University. “This resource aligns with our mission to promote a stronger future for our state through faith, family and freedom, empowering voters to engage thoughtfully in the democratic process.”
The 2024 State Voter’s Guide provides pro-faith, family and freedom perspectives on several key statewide ballot amendments and propositions. The ballot recommendations are guided by the mission and strategic priorities of Colorado Christian University.
The guide offers a breakdown of each ballot measure, an explanation of the key issues at stake and Centennial Institute’s recommendations, which range from support, oppose or neutral positions. Topics include vital issues like school choice, property tax exemptions for veterans with disabilities and a proposed repeal of the definition of marriage in the Colorado Constitution.
The 2024 State of Colorado Voter’s Guide was compiled using information from the Colorado Secretary of State, ensuring that it provides reliable, nonpartisan perspectives in accordance with Centennial Institute’s commitment to educating the public on critical issues.
