July 30–August 1, 2026 - A New Birth of Freedom: Reigniting the American Dream

After a two-year hiatus, this milestone Summit considered the theme A New Birth of Freedom: Reigniting the American Dream. As we commemorated the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, we reflected, recommitted, and rearticulated the intellectual foundations of American conservatism, rooted in the self-evident truths of the Declaration: that our rights come from God, not government; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; and that government exists to secure these rights, not to grant or redefine them.
